There are few things I like more than wordplay. If I had a child, I’d probably enroll her in Hui No`eau Visual Arts Center Tots R Us Preschool, just because of the name. Luckily for my imaginary child (who I am tentatively naming Megatron), Tots R Us is a quality childcare program that seeks to unlock creativity via exceptional visual arts education.
