Fashionistas will soon flock to the Four Seasons Maui for home furnishings and couture threads. Retailer Seaside Luxe operates the 22 Knots Boutique inside the Four Seasons and recently partnered with Missoni to bring its full line of Italian decor and ready-to-wear apparel to Maui and on the Big Island at Hualalai.

Rosita and Ottavio Missoni launched their family-owned and designed line of resort wear in Italy in 1953, and now it’s a second and third generation family-run business.
Two Missoni-inspired cabanas have been installed at the Serenity Pool. There they display the iconic striped fabrics Missoni is known for. The beach towels, cashmere blankets, pillows and throws are all available at the resort and the furnishings can be shipped. Seaside Luxe is also currently installing a lounge with a custom awning and outdoor rug outside the 22 Knots Boutique that showcases Missoni as well. Inside the boutique you’ll find their latest collection of swimsuits, cover ups, shorts, skirts, caftans and robes along with a sampling of accessories.

Seaside Luxe also runs the Cabana and Ports boutiques at the Four Seasons, offering another connection to hard-to-find luxury goods and global clothing designers. Cabana features women, men and children’s apparel, while Ports is a sundries and resort logo store.
In other events, from Dec. 27-31, designer Kimberly McDonald will host a trunk show at 22 Knots featuring her jewelry pieces that utilize natural and organic materials like recycled diamonds, raw emeralds and baroque pearls, as well as her new cashmere scarf collection.
